Manor Construction and Management Services Ltd is owned by Kevin Ryan and Rick Verbeeten. After years of working alongside each other, they came to form Manor construction in 1996.
Over the past 20 years, as a team they have built a well respected and forward thinking construction business, that is renowned for its professional approach to all projects and ability to carry out all works to the highest of standards.
With a combined 40 year extensive knowledge of the construction industry, they have used their strengths to make a succsesfull and well regarded business.
Rick specialises in groundworks and superstructures and Kevin specialises in both traditonal and modern Carpentry techniques. Both are able to offer expert and precise advice on many different types of building processes and between them have the concise knowledge to design, advise, manage and complete all projects to the satifaction of their clients.
Since 1996, Rick and Kevin have built a small but extremely talented and diverse team. As a team we possess the requisite skills to cater to all construction needs. Each team member excels in their own chosen construction trade, but here at Manor Construction and Management Services Ltd our ethos is to be multiskilled and work together as a team.
We also have contracts with Crawley Borough Council to maintain and renew the waterways within the borough. For this contract we have a team designated to maintaining our waterways, which requires being on call for flood alleviation should an emergency arise.
Francesca manages our waterways contract and takes great care in making sure everything is kept in perfect working order.
With over 20 years of experience in local and national building projects, we have earned an enviable reputation as a dependable, hard working builder/developer that consistently delivers results that are second to none.
